If you struggle with the idea of being judged, attack this from another angle.

Replace two phrases in the sentence, “I’m afraid I’ll be judged for my book.”

• “afraid” with “grateful” and “judged for” with “transformed by”

“I’m grateful someone will be transformed by my book.”

Make this your mantra every morning, noon and night for the next 30 days. See if you’re blessed with these two results.

• You become excited about writing, finishing and publishing your book; and

• You can’t wait to get your book into the hands of the individual whose life will be transformed by it.
