The challenge, as so many of us discover, is getting ourselves into the mindset to write. For me, affirmations play a major role in making sure my mindset is right so that when the reminder goes off that it's time to write, I sit down and write (instead of fighting with myself over all the reasons writing later or tomorrow is better.)
